About this scheme

Improves the appearance of commercial premises and civic amenities in designated regeneration areas across the Island. Covers external improvements, internal accessibility works, vacant unit refurbishment, conversion of above-retail space to residential, and payment equipment. Multiple grant parts can be combined.

Eligibility

Sole traders, companies, charities, or local authorities with a project in a designated regeneration area; must not have started work before applying.
