About this scheme

Triggers development of brownfield sites on the Unoccupied Urban Sites Register by bridging the financial gap for commercially unviable developments. Covers residential (8+ dwellings), mixed use, retail, leisure, and commercial projects. Round 2 is now closed with no confirmed reopening date.

Eligibility

Site must be on the Unoccupied Urban Sites Register; development must align with the Island Strategic Plan 2016 and be financially unviable without support.
