Major discretionary funding scheme for established businesses in key sectors. Supports capital expenditure, operating costs, marketing, R&D, and job creation for businesses that export or operate in government-defined key sectors. Packages are negotiated individually and can include grants, loans, and equity.

Must operate in a key sector or export; employ IoM staff; be tax compliant under the Enterprise Act 2008.
