About this scheme
Encourages job growth and the import of skills from off-Island in sectors where local recruitment has been unsuccessful. Permanent employee incentive pays 25% of first-year net salary (up to £10,000) one year in arrears. Seasonal and temporary staff attract a flat-rate payment of £1,000. Application must be submitted before appointing the employee.
Eligibility
Business must have a permanent IoM establishment; have advertised locally first; be expanding its workforce; be tax compliant.
