About this scheme

Supports environmental land management on the Isle of Man including carbon calculators, soil health measures, winter stubble, herbal leys, wild bird plots, hedging, woodland planting, organic farming, and dry-stone walling. The scheme closed to new applications in November 2025 due to budget exhaustion and intends to reopen from 1 April 2026.

Eligibility

IoM resident for tax; must be carrying out agricultural or horticultural activity on the Island; must meet ADS Active Farmer criteria.
